Cancellation Policy

Scheduling and Access: All electronic and virtual appointments must be scheduled in advance. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email with the necessary details, including a secure link to access the virtual meeting. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a compatible device with audio and video capabilities. Timeliness We ask that you join the virtual appointment on time. If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. Appointments may be canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, and may be subject to the same conditions as a no-show. Technical Difficulties: If technical issues arise on our end that prevent the appointment from proceeding, we will work with you to reschedule at the earliest convenience. If technical issues on your end prevent the appointment from occurring, the appointment may be rescheduled based on availability, but repeated technical issues may result in a fee. Confidentiality and Security: We prioritize your privacy and ensure that all virtual appointments are conducted through secure platforms. Your personal information and any discussions during the appointment are kept strictly confidential. Please ensure you are in a private location for the appointment to maintain confidentiality. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling of virtual appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a fee, and repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in termination of virtual services. Recording Recording of the virtual appointment is not permitted unless mutually agreed upon in writing prior to the session. If agreed upon, both parties will have access to the recording. Follow-Up: After the virtual appointment, any necessary follow-up or documentation will be provided electronically within 24-48 hours. Payment: Payment for virtual appointments is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. We accept various secure payment methods, and your payment information is not stored. Emergency Situations: In case of an emergency during a virtual appointment, please inform us immediately. We will work with you to reschedule or address the situation as needed.
