Pet Safety Policy: For the safety of our staff, all dogs must be secured during our visit. If a staff member is bitten due to unsecured dogs, you may be liable for medical expenses, and services will be discontinued. Confidentiality Policy: We do not store or access your credit card information. All payments are securely processed through Wix. Payment Policy: Deposits are due at booking. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods and ensure secure processing without storing your payment details. Health and Safety Policy: We adhere to health guidelines, including sanitization, PPE use, and hygiene practices, to ensure the safety of clients and staff. Liability Policy: We are not liable for any damage or loss during service. Clients must secure valuables and provide a safe environment. Client Conduct Policy: Respectful behavior is expected from all clients. Harassment or inappropriate conduct may lead to service termination. Inclement Weather Policy: In severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled for staff safety. We will notify you as soon as possible. Late Arrival Policy: If you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.
