Cancellation Policy: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of payments. Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to termination of service. Rescheduling Policy: We will accommodate rescheduling requests, but changes within 12 hours of the appointment may incur fees. Pet Safety Policy: For the safety of our staff, all dogs must be secured during our visit. If a staff member is bitten due to unsecured dogs, you may be liable for medical expenses, and services will be discontinued. Confidentiality Policy: We do not store or access your credit card information. All payments are securely processed through Wix. Payment Policy: Deposits are due at booking. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods and ensure secure processing without storing your payment details. Health and Safety Policy: We adhere to health guidelines, including sanitization, PPE use, and hygiene practices, to ensure the safety of clients and staff. Liability Policy: We are not liable for any damage or loss during service. Clients must secure valuables and provide a safe environment. Client Conduct Policy: Respectful behavior is expected from all clients. Harassment or inappropriate conduct may lead to service termination. Privacy Policy: Your personal information is used solely for service purposes and will not be shared without your consent. Inclement Weather Policy: In severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled for staff safety. We will notify you as soon as possible. Late Arrival Policy: If you’re more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show. Emergency Situations: Notify us promptly if an emergency prevents you from keeping your appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in termination. If we have an emergency, we will reschedule or refund you.
